These powerful blasters fire rounds at speeds of up to 100 feet per second, making them perfect for competitive team play. Most Rival blasters use a magazine or hopper system for loading ammo and feature a tactical rail for attachments.
Originally released in bold red and blue team colors, the Rival line leaned into its competitive edge. By 2020, Nerf standardized all new releases to those colors, and in 2022, team blue was officially retired—leaving red as the primary color of the Rival brand.
