New Mutants is a series written by Dan Abnett and illustrated by Andy Lanning and Leandro Fernandez. These authors previously wrote other stories that are related to the Marvel universe and its heroes.

The New Mutants must help Cyclops to finish businesses left unfinished and were hurting the X-Men. The new mutants featured in this volume are Cypher, Warlock, Magma, and Sunspot. Their first mission is to actually find X-Man under the lead of Dani Moonstar. Will this mission be successful?
