We fulfill orders as quickly as possible when we're at the Poggers warehouse, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST—usually within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be fulfilled that following Monday. We aim to hand the package to the shipping carrier within 24 hours, but depending on when the order was placed and how busy we are (we're a small family business, after all), it may take up to 48 hours to get it into the carrier's hands.

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you choose and when we fulfill the order, as explained above. Carriers typically have a 24-hour handling time before your package enters their system and they start counting the shipping days.

For example, if you select a 3-day shipping method on Monday, the carrier will likely receive it on Tuesday and won't begin counting the 3-day shipping until Wednesday, meaning you should expect it to arrive by Friday, Saturday, or possibly even the following Monday, depending on whether that carrier operates on weekends (e.g., UPS usually does not deliver on weekends). Due to the variability in shipping times, we strongly suggest placing your order as soon as possible if it's time-sensitive.

First of all, they weren't lying about making sure each product has its own pillow fort of pillow packaging. Second, the condition wasn't as bad as I thought, considering it was labeled as "New with damaged packaging" with 10% off, I figured it was going to be a little banged up, it was honestly almost comparable to what you would sometimes find on store shelves, which depending on where you'd buy from, it would be much worse; small inlaid scratches, surface scratches with paint and top layer of cardboard showing, a "small" dent in the back (it's a moderate dip, again something you'd find in stores most of the times), curled up edges.... honestly it just feels store bought, lol. Third, the size caught me by surprise, mostly because I forgot how large scaled Mega Bloks were and it's been so long since I've bought any. I honestly can't wait to put this together it's been years of wanting and I finally have it, I'm so excited.

Fits exactly as I was hoping! I've struggled to find a hat that has a theme I like while not having a massive dome that makes it look huge when worn. Quality is superb. Also love being able to support a small business that appreciates their customers!

One big wholesome nerdy family.

Just a very fast, friendly, group that feels like a classic family owned toy shop.
Every step of the way, they made sure my package was sent, tracking data and even wanted to make sure it arrived. Like a friend wanting to make sure your present arrived on time.
When it arrived, there were surprises as well, which wasn't necessary, but made me smile.
I ordered a card game, but friends of mine have ordered figurines and plush toys and have had also a great experience.
The fact this was placed during Thanksgiving and during a rough weather storm in Wisconsin was equally amazing!I
love this group and recommend it, even if it's $2-3 more compared to Amazon and other Retailers, this is such a caring retailer.

Best Apprehension Buy Ever!

I was slightly wary originally to purchase from this story because I'd never heard of it, and when it comes to figures I am extra worrisome but I took the chance because they had a Gojo figure I'd been searching for and couldn't find without it costing an arm and a leg.
The price was fair, so I gave them a chance and I'm happy I did because the figure came in original packaging and clearly unboxed.
It was pristine and exactly as pictured, and it came rather quickly I'd like to add.
The note attached to the invoice was super cute and made me smile. (Shout out to Ray, a fellow JJK fan.) I will certainly buy from here again in the future with no apprehension.
All I ask is that you get the JJK0 Geto noodle stopper figure soon!

Absolutely Fantastic!

I was hesitant at first because I'd never heard of this store and they are quite new, but they're absolutely amazing! Professional and yet delightfully quirky with emails and update, and the site it's self is easy to navigate! They have stock that's old and new at very good yet legitimate prices, and seem to have a range of products from Hatsune Miku to Batman to Pokemon to Skyrim! Big store variety with little store charm, will be buying from them again for sure!!!

Great price for a Catan expansion! Skeptical at first because they had the lowest price on that item and I've never heard of the company before, so I did a quick google search for the reliability of the company and decided to give them a try.
