Poggers Frequently Asked Questions

We fulfill orders as quickly as possible when we're at the Poggers warehouse, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST—usually within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be fulfilled that following Monday. We aim to hand the package to the shipping carrier within 24 hours, but depending on when the order was placed and how busy we are (we're a small family business, after all), it may take up to 48 hours to get it into the carrier's hands.

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you choose and when we fulfill the order, as explained above. Carriers typically have a 24-hour handling time before your package enters their system and they start counting the shipping days.

For example, if you select a 3-day shipping method on Monday, the carrier will likely receive it on Tuesday and won't begin counting the 3-day shipping until Wednesday, meaning you should expect it to arrive by Friday, Saturday, or possibly even the following Monday, depending on whether that carrier operates on weekends (e.g., UPS usually does not deliver on weekends). Due to the variability in shipping times, we strongly suggest placing your order as soon as possible if it's time-sensitive.

We're located in a small town of around 2,000 people named “Belgium” in the state of Wisconsin, USA. And no, it's not the country of Belgium—it's a tiny town called “Belgium” that you probably haven't heard of. There's not much going on here, but we do have a nice gas station that recently opened, where we usually get our morning coffees!

Great family gaming fun!

Now here's a fun little game that is perfect for family game time! I'm a huge gamer and love really deep thematic games... this is not that but this is fun in it's own right but hits perfectly if you have a family that likes to game together. Or, you might just have some non gaming friends who would like to try gaming... this would be a great gateway into gaming for them. Or, maybe your gaming group just needs a light night, again, this game is perfect.

The minimum age recommended for this game is 10. I think for the basic mechanics that is fine but it might be pushing it a bit for children that age to get the broader strategy. But, it is a great way to teach that way of thinking. Side note here, there is some math and logical thinking involved in playing this and I think it's great how this will help your kids grow.

Game play is a push your luck kind of mechanic. There is a Hurray! moment when you defeat your row of bad guys and a let down when you lose to them. No guts, no glory though right? The game scales up as you play leading to an eventual showdown with the Sherriff of Nottingham if you get that far.

I really enjoyed playing this and it will definitely come back to my gaming table in the future.

Lots of math in this game!

I played this with two of my kids (15 and 12), and it always takes us awhile to learn a new game, but this one was much easier to pick up than most, with great instructions. It took us a couple hours to play, and I expect will be even faster and smoother now that we are familiar with the set up and rules. I also really enjoyed how integrated the gameplay is with the Robin Hood theming and story. The artwork is fun and inviting, and the characters even have built in personalities and quirks, which you can read about in the accompanying character guide booklet. The kids also noticed right away that the praying hands tokens (one of the special abilities) were portrayed in an array of skin colors, which was so thoughtful, and made us feel represented. The premise of the game is to save Robin Hood and the villagers, with each player building and refining their individual army of characters, plus being able to pass on elements and strategize with other players. We won our first game, but it wasn’t easy, and the final round really had us working together thinking through the best strategy! We all really enjoyed playing this--plus, there is the educational component of constantly practicing practical math skills like adding, multiplying, and probability. For me this game is the perfect combination of beautiful artwork, fantastic theming, fun family time, and real skills. And I also love that the box insert is set up to organize the components neatly!

Fits exactly as I was hoping! I've struggled to find a hat that has a theme I like while not having a massive dome that makes it look huge when worn. Quality is superb. Also love being able to support a small business that appreciates their customers!

Just a very fast, friendly, group that feels like a classic family owned toy shop.
Every step of the way, they made sure my package was sent, tracking data and even wanted to make sure it arrived. Like a friend wanting to make sure your present arrived on time.
When it arrived, there were surprises as well, which wasn't necessary, but made me smile.

Best Apprehension Buy Ever!

I was slightly wary originally to purchase from this story because I'd never heard of it, and when it comes to figures I am extra worrisome but I took the chance because they had a Gojo figure I'd been searching for and couldn't find without it costing an arm and a leg.
The price was fair, so I gave them a chance and I'm happy I did because the figure came in original packaging and clearly unboxed.
It was pristine and exactly as pictured, and it came rather quickly I'd like to add.
The note attached to the invoice was super cute and made me smile. (Shout out to Ray, a fellow JJK fan.) I will certainly buy from here again in the future with no apprehension.
All I ask is that you get the JJK0 Geto noodle stopper figure soon!

Absolutely Fantastic!

I was hesitant at first because I'd never heard of this store and they are quite new, but they're absolutely amazing! Professional and yet delightfully quirky with emails and update, and the site it's self is easy to navigate! They have stock that's old and new at very good yet legitimate prices, and seem to have a range of products from Hatsune Miku to Batman to Pokemon to Skyrim! Big store variety with little store charm, will be buying from them again for sure!!!
