Yu-Gi-Oh - Super Starter - Starter Deck - V for Victory

If you're a beginner duelist in the Yu-Gi-Oh, then you'll be better served by a starter deck. One of your choices is the one here, V for Victory Super. This deck was released in 2013 as part of the trading card game. Its equivalent in the official card game is the Starter Deck 2013.

This was the 7th starter deck for that year. This deck was created by choosing 42 cards with the following rarities:

• 1 Ultra Rare
• 1 Super Rare
• 40 Commons

Furthermore, Duelists from the USA and Europe would receive packages that are slightly different. The American release of the deck has 2 additional small packs. 1 pack has 5 cards out of 15 different cards. The European release of the product reveals 1 Super Starter Power-Up Pack with 10 cards. 

The small packs are called "Power Up Packs" and they're guaranteed to give the C39: Utopia Ray V and Rank-Up-Magic Limited Barian's Force. All the 42 cards in the deck are listed by type on the back of the package.
