Step into the role of a factory manager and experience the thrill of optimizing industrial layouts in Factory Funner, a dynamic tile-placement board game designed for 1-6 players aged 11 and up. With every decision, you’ll navigate the intricate balance of maximizing profits while minimizing costs in this fast-paced and engaging game.
Each round, players simultaneously select machines from a shared pool, aiming to integrate them seamlessly into their factory layouts. Machines generate revenue when installed, but connecting inputs and outputs to reservoirs or other machines requires careful planning—each pipeline and reservoir costs valuable funds. Quick decisions can be rewarding but come with the risk of selecting a machine that doesn’t fit your evolving layout, making strategy and adaptability key to success.
With just eight rounds to design the most efficient factory, players must carefully plan connections and anticipate future needs while competing to secure the best machines. At the end of the game, the manager with the most money wins, proving their mastery in industrial ingenuity.
This second edition, Factory Funner & Bigger, enhances the original gameplay with improved usability, additional connectors, and a streamlined design, all while retaining the challenging yet rewarding mechanics that made the game a favorite among tile-placement enthusiasts.
Whether you’re a fan of strategic puzzles or looking to challenge friends and family with quick thinking and clever design, Factory Funner delivers endless opportunities to build, connect, and compete. Will you create the most efficient factory and emerge as the ultimate industrial mastermind?

In Factory Funner, players are factory managers who select and install machines in their factory. They try connect all machine input and output pipes to the right reservoirs or to other machines in order to build the most profitable configuration. A new machine brings revenue. Other things you build (reservoirs and connectors (pipelines)) cost 1K money each.
In each game round, players may select one machine (from a number of machines equal to the number of players) simultaneously, which means players try to quickly determine possible connections, then grab the tile they want. But by choosing too quickly, you risk taking a machine that doesn't fit well... When fitting in a machine, a key tactic is to keep the most and best options for connecting future machines!
After eight rounds, the player with the most money wins.
The second edition of this game — Factory Funner&Bigger — features the same gameplay as the original release, but with a deeper box, more connectors, and slightly different colors for better usability, and without the "jump" machine as it had a high luck factor and created rules difficulty during play.
