Mario Party Superstars: King Boo
Horror Land is one of the most iconic boards in Mario Party 2 and has returned in Mario Party Superstars. This board is set in a haunted forest; the gimmick of this board is that it alternates between night and day every third turn. There are more Boos here than on any other board, including the difficult-to-reach King Boo (This used to be Big Boo in Mario Party 2)
King Boo
In Mario Party Superstars, King Boo is considered the most daunting space on the board. Being an overpowered character, King Boo has the ability to simultaneously steal coins from every player without any expense, which can help the player amass a significant number of coins, usually around 10-20 from each player. Furthermore, for a payment of 150 coins, he can snatch one star from each player.
One effective tactic for this map involves leveraging King Boo's 150 coin ability. By accumulating enough coins, players can activate this power-up to gain an extra 3 stars while deducting 1 star from each opponent. This can result in a significant 4-star shift, allowing a player in last place to surge ahead and take the lead.
King Boo can change the outcome of the game in a matter of seconds and is easily the most important part of this map.
